Fee BPL -Rs. 5 / -,
Antyoday- Free,
APL 1 – Rs. 10 / -,
APL 2 – Rs. 20 /

Certified copy of the evidence

• If you are employed, certificate of salary related to the concerned organization.
• Proof of Income Tax PAN if the income tax is filling.
• Canceled ration cards or certificates for name diminishing.
• Proof of accommodation.
• If having gas connection then receipt by gas agency
