How do I get a separate ration card?

Certified copy of the evidence

• If the applicant is employed, then the copy of the certificate, including salary details related to the concerned organization.
• The original certificates of making names from the original ration card or ration card which are meant to make a separate ration card from the ration card.
• Proof of accommodation
• Proof of Income Tax Number (P.A.N.) if you are paying income tax.
• Cellspeak number proof if you are sellingtext
• If the land is free farm labor, then a copy of the pattern about it.
• If there is a gas connection, then the copy of the respective gas agency’s receipt thereof.
